We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at Lancaster Family Health Center in Salem, OR!
Who we are looking for:

Position Details:
- Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
- 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week)
- EMR system is EPIC
- Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 7:00 pm; Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Position Highlights:
- Base compensation $118k - $129k per year. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
- $13.5k Hiring Bonus

- 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
