Opportunity: BC/BE - OTOLARYNGOLOGY
This is an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a well-established practice with a strong referral base and comprehensive service offerings.
Job Details:
- Full-spectrum, referral-based practice including otology, facial plastic, and head & neck surgery
- Join 2 full-time Otolaryngology physicians in the department
- Reasonable call schedule: 1:3 weekday call; 1:6 weekend call (shared with another community group)
- Practice supported by 2 Physician Assistants who handle consults, patient visits, follow-up, and surgical assistance
- Work with an integrated Audiology department of 5 Audiologists offering a broad range of services
- Requirements include BC/BE in Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery experience and training
- Teaching opportunities with Medical Students and Family Practice Residents
- Clinical research opportunities available
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Base compensation of $525,000 with additional earning potential through bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based compensation.
