Job Description & Requirements Hospice - Palliative Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 9 Pay Rate: $105.73 - $114.45 This facility is seeking a Hospice Palliative Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: M-F 8a-5p Practice Setting: Outpatient, Telehealth Type of cases and required procedures: General Hospice Palliative Medicine cases Credentialing timeframe: 0-30 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Certifications required: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS) Licensure required: Must have active Oregon License, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) Facility Location The fourth largest metro area in the state of Oregon, Medford is situated within a beautiful, scenic Pacific Northwestern landscape.
