The single-site urological practice is conveniently located on the hospital campus, featuring new operating rooms and the Cerner Community Works electronic medical records system.

Opportunity: BLS,Board Certified,Board Eligible,DEA - Urology

This is a unique opportunity for a General Urologist to join a collaborative team in a supportive environment. The position offers a balanced schedule and the exceptional quality of life that Vermont provides, with the chance to work alongside an established urologist and nurse practitioner.

Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive urological care to both adult and pediatric patients
• Deliver care in both outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital settings
• Perform surgical procedures in new, state-of-the-art operating rooms
• Conduct hospital consultations and manage urological emergencies
• Participate in a light on-call rotation with a 1:4 call schedule (7 days per month)
• No involvement in trauma cases or robotic surgeries
• Maintain a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Manage an average of 14-16 patients per day
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for effective patient care
• Support departmental succession planning
• Will consider candidates with lapsed board certification (if willing to recertify)
• Open to new graduates

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
