About the Position

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Connecticut. This opportunity begins on Feb 2, 2026, and features a Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm day shift schedule. The provider will deliver comprehensive primary care, including general check-ups, physicals, chronic condition management, and women's health visits.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct general check-ups and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat chronic conditions
• Provide care for common illnesses such as colds, coughs, and flu
• Deliver women's health services
• Accurately document and report patient care to the Medical Director

Additional Information

• Must have a current Connecticut nurse practitioner license
• Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA registration
• Board certification in Family Medicine required
• Minimum of 2-3 years of Family Practice experience preferred, with more experience strongly valued
