Previous Auto Sales Manager and/or Finance Manager Experience Required.

A well-established, high-performing dealership in the Phoenix metro area is looking for a driven New Car Sales Manager to lead our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to join a dealer group known for its strong reputation, supportive leadership, and long-term stability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a motivated new car sales team
• Manage inventory, pricing, and forecasting to hit department goals
• Desk deals, structure financing options, and ensure compliance
• Hire, train, coach, and hold the team accountable to performance
• Monitor CRM usage and customer follow-up processes
• Collaborate with the GSM and GM on strategy, advertising, and retention
• Deliver a transparent, customer-focused sales experience
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous Automotive Sales Manager or Automotive Finance Manager experience required
• Proven track record required
• Bilingual a plus
• Positive and outgoing with strong verbal communication skills
• Superior leadership and customer service skills
• Proven track record as a floor manager and a strong closer
• Ability to drive sales and produce results

• Professional appearance and demeanor
