This position is ideal for a skilled neurologist who is eager to contribute to a supportive hospital setting and provide high-quality care to our adult patient population. Job Details: Position: Neurologist (Locum Tenens) Specialty: Neurology Rate Type: Hourly Shift Type: Days Shift Description: The schedule involves shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a pattern of 7 days on followed by 7 days off. The work week runs from Wednesday to Tuesday. Weekend Requirements: Weekends are required. On Call Requirements: Not applicable. Practice Setting: This role is situated in a hospital setting providing inpatient coverage. Practice Focus: The practice exclusively handles adult neurology cases pediatric cases are not included. Average Number of Patients: The volume of hospital-based patients is generally low and may vary. Additional Staff: During your assignment, you will work alongside 2 other neurologists and 1 advanced practice provider. Onsite Facilities: The facility is equipped with X-Ray and laboratory services. Documentation System/EMR: The practice uses Epic for electronic medical records. Reason for Coverage: This position is necessary due to a shortage of available physicians. Dates of Coverage: The position is available ASAP and will continue on an ongoing basis once credentialed, with an initial coverage period of 120 days.
