Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cardiac Rehabilitation RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology and be able to provide consistent, high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac rehabilitation.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in a cardiac rehabilitation program.
- Assess patient health and develop care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatment.
- Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health and recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Current RN license and certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
- Previous experience in cardiology or cardiac rehabilitation is mandatory.
