Schedule: Full-Time Outpatient Care
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Family Medicine team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages while working collaboratively with supervising physicians and the Director of Family Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions for family medicine patients
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment regimens
Maintain detailed and timely documentation in our EHR system
Coordinate patient care, including specialty referrals and diagnostic testing
Mentor students and clinical staff, and participate in community health initiatives
Provide excellent patient service and ensure continuity of care
Participate in clinic meetings, quality improvement programs, and outreach events
Qualifications:Master s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
Board certified by AANP, ANCC, or equivalent
Current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
DEA registration and BLS certification (AHA required)
Previous experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
