The Bilingual Spanish Sales Coordinator at ARS-Rescue Rooter supports the in-home sales team by managing leads, scheduling appointments, and driving revenue through outbound communication. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, customer service experience, and strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $20 per hour based on experience and interview
Schedule: Sunday - Friday, 11am-7pm

- Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team.
- You’ll schedule appointments, coordinate with field sales reps, follow up on quotes, and help drive revenue through effective outbound communication.
- This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success.
What You Need:
Fluent Bilingual Spanish AND English required
2 years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)
Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred
Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency
Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role)
Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends
Must pass background check and drug screening
