A hospital-based BE/BC Endocrinologist is sought to provide inpatient endocrine care across multiple facilities in Springfield, Missouri, supported by a team of APPs and a diabetes educator. The role involves collaborative work with outpatient endocrinologists, a flexible Monday to Friday schedule, and shared call responsibilities. Health System is seeking a BE/BC Endocrinologist to join their well-established Inpatient Endocrinology practice in Springfield, Missouri.

Highlights:

Hospital-based position
Oversight of inpatient endocrinology care across all facilities, supported by highly skilled APPs and a diabetes educator.
Join a dedicated inpatient endocrinology team, including:
- 1 full-time physician
- 4 experienced APPs
- 1 diabetes educator covering weekdays
- 2 experienced APPs covering weekends
Provide inpatient endocrinology care primarily at our Springfield-based hospital, with telemedicine capabilities to support 3 regional hospitals
Work closely with a strong network of 5 outpatient endocrinologists and a team of APPs to ensure seamless patient care across both inpatient and outpatient settings

Flexible Monday Friday daytime schedule.
Shared call rotation (1:7) with outpatient endocrinologists
