The Medication Technician provides personal care and medication assistance to senior residents, supporting their daily living activities and monitoring changes in their health. They collaborate with nursing staff to update care plans and encourage resident participation in community activities. Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
Salary range: USD $21.00 - USD $24.25 /Hr.
