Executive Pay & Loan Repayment: Lead Primary Care Strategy as Medical Director in CT We are seeking a Board Certified Internal or Family Medicine Physician with proven administrative expertise to join our regional leadership team as a Primary Care Medical Director. This pivotal, full-time role offers a balanced blend of clinical practice and executive leadership, driving the strategy and quality of our primary care services across the region. Schedule & Commitment: Balance: 50% dedicated to Leadership/Administration and 50% dedicated to Outpatient Primary Care clinical practice. Call: Minimal phone call responsibility. Qualifications: License: Unrestricted or eligible State of Connecticut medical license. Certification: Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience coupled with a strong background in medical administration and leadership within primary care or multispecialty groups. Skills: Proven expertise in clinical practice, exceptional communication abilities, and strong problem-solving/critical-thinking skills.
