The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care, managing a diverse patient panel through in-office, virtual, and testing center visits, while collaborating with healthcare teams and supervising colleagues. The role requires board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, Ohio state licensure, and outpatient primary care experience, with a focus on evidence-based, human-centered care. What you’ll be working on:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Promote awareness of One Medical’s clinical services and presence in Northeast Ohio, particularly among the clinical community of Northeast Ohio; participate in local marketing events
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in Ohio, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in our French Creek Square office in Avon, Ohio.
The base salary range for this role is $216,000 to $230,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
