Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Du Bois, PA
• Ability to complete PA fingerprinting and Childline registration upon contract signing
• Lab work completion within 72 hours of contract signing
• Strong communication, time management, and patient education skills
• First-time travel Physical Therapists encouraged to apply

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services for a diverse caseload: orthopedics, neurology, pain management, pediatrics, concussion, vestibular, and aquatic therapy
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team (PTs, PTAs, OTs, speech therapists)
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation strategies
• Document patient progress, reassessments, and discharge planning accurately
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and foster a positive clinic environment
• Work in clinical areas matching your expertise with flexible scheduling options
