Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Little Acorn ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to our clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, combining clinical expertise with administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
Provide ABA therapy services to clients in a variety of settings, including home, school, and clinic environments
Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and training sessions with clients and their families
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
Participate in staff training and development initiatives to stay current with best practices in ABA
Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, billing, and data collection
Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and services
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
