Bread and butter Urology practice Join an experienced urologist and a network of skilled urologists, sharing a 1:7 hospital call schedule Access to the da Vinci robotic surgical system Emphasis on high-quality care over patient volume Dedicated medical assistant (MA) team for efficient workflow Opportunity to precept medical students and help shape the next generation of physicians RN triage support during after-hours and weekends Dedicated marketing representative to help build your patient panel and connect with the community Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and CME allowance MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) A valid and unrestricted California medical license Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield
