Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and run a busy restaurant floor daily
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the team
- Uphold the highest standards in guest service daily
- Oversee the cleanliness of the restaurant daily
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Must have 3-4+ years as a full-service Restaurant Manager
- Experience managing a restaurant with a sales volume of at least 6M or higher
- Polished and professional with strong leadership skills
- Highly detail-orientated, action orientated and solution-focused; you are someone who cares about standards and adds value wherever you go
- Ability to create a positive environment and build quality relationships with team members
