Primary Care Physician
Compensation: $250K Base Salary + Bonus + Partnership Track

Position HighlightsCompensation: $250K base salary
Bonus: Up to $20K in year one, increasing with partnership
Partnership Track: No buy-in; typically achieved in months (65% reach partnership within one year; partners earn $300K+)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM)
Patient Volume: Average 18 patients per day
Panel Size: Max 450 patients
Model: 100% outpatient, value-based care
Team Support: Dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist
Patient Population: Seniors managing 3 5 chronic conditions
Work/Life Balance: No nights or weekends; built-in administrative time
