Jewelry Retail General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Implement strategies to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the visual presentation of the store reflects the brand's luxury image.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and corporate partners.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and exceptional customer service practices.
- Store opening experience is a plus, as is hiring, team building and training.
Jewelry Retail General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of retail leadership experience in the luxury sector.
- Must be from a luxury background and understand luxury service.
