Clinical Educator II (Inpatient Medical/Surgical) coordinates orientation and ongoing education for nursing staff, develops and evaluates continuing education programs, and promotes interprofessional collaboration to improve patient care. Duties include planning and implementing adult-learning-based educational activities, assessing effectiveness through evaluation systems, and participating in committees and community representation. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, active RN license, BLS certification, and typically works weekday daytime hours full-time.
