Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position requiring at least one year of recent specialty experience and an active TN or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift position from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment on Unit/Floor 1
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Returning travelers are not eligible if previously employed as perm staff within 2 years at a CHS facility
• Night shift schedule may include weekends and holidays as assigned
• First-time travelers are accepted if all requirements are met

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Current certifications must not expire within 30 days of assignment start
• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
• No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Must not have been employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
