Compensation: $120,000 $150,000 + Full Benefits

A well-established pulmonary group in the Orlando area is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their outpatient-only practice. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of Pulmonary & Critical Care specialists while enjoying a predictable schedule and strong work life balance.
Position Highlights100% outpatient pulmonary medicine
Collaborative, physician-led environment
4.5-day workweek:
• Monday Thursday: 8 AM 5 PM
• Fridays: Half day
No hospital rounding, no nights, no weekends
Clinical ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive pulmonary-focused evaluations, including detailed histories and physical exams
Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic testing:
• Pulmonary function tests (PFTs)
• Chest X-rays & CT scans
• Oximetry and ABGs
• Sleep studies
Develop and manage treatment plans for:
• Asthma & COPD
• Sleep apnea
• Pulmonary hypertension
• Interstitial lung disease
• Bronchiectasis & chronic lung disease
Provide routine follow-up visits, medication management, and patient education
Review test results, patient messages, and assist with required authorizations
Participate in ongoing case discussions and pulmonary-focused CME
