We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who will be a liaison for our Operations and HR leaders. Our portfolio includes hospitality venues, so some prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or venue is needed. Being fluent in Spanish is another prerequisite. HR Coordinator Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous experience in a similar capacity.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Some prior operational knowledge working in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality firm is necessary for relatability.
HR Coordinator Requirements:
- Ability to provide support for all HR and Training functions
- Superb time and deadline management skills
- Strong people skills in dealing with everyone from Team Members to Senior Leadership
