Our portfolio includes hospitality venues, so some prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or venue is needed. Being fluent in Spanish is another prerequisite. HR Coordinator Qualifications:

• 2+ years of previous experience in a similar capacity.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Some prior operational knowledge working in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality firm is necessary for relatability.

HR Coordinator Requirements:

• Ability to provide support for all HR and Training functions
• Superb time and deadline management skills
• Strong people skills in dealing with everyone from Team Members to Senior Leadership
• Meticulous attention to detail in your work, as well as validating other submissions that cross your desk.
