Experienced BCBA – Part-Time or Full-Time | Mostly Remote | St. Louis County, MO

We’re looking for an experienced BCBA to join our ABA therapy team! This mostly remote role allows you to work from home while occasionally visiting clients in the St. Louis County, Missouri area about once a month. (Affton, Grantwood, Green Park, Lakeshire, Mackenzie, Marlborough, and Wilbur Park)

What you’ll do:

• Supervise RBTs

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA programs

• Track client progress and collaborate with families and staff

• Occasionally meet clients in person as needed

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification

• Experience working with children with autism or special needs

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation for occasional in-person visits
