- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: Day Shift (6:30am – 2:30pm, Monday–Friday), with rotational call coverage on weekends and holidays. Occasional late days for high surgical case loads.
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,950–$3,020
- Facility Features: 3 operating room suites, 3 PACU & Pre-op areas, 1 anesthesia provider
- Active Colorado RN license (Registered Nurse)
- At least 1 year of recent experience in Pre-Op, OR/Circulator, and PACU (3 years preferred)
- ACLS certification required
- CNOR certification and scrub nurse experience preferred
- Ability to work rotational call (weekdays, weekends, and holidays)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Physical ability for prolonged standing, walking, and occasional heavy lifting
- Deliver direct patient care in Pre-Op, Operating Room, and PACU settings
- Perform patient assessments, document care, and coordinate patient transfers
- Recover post-surgical patients and circulate surgical cases as needed
- Assist with instrument and equipment processing in central sterilization
- Prepare patients for surgery and provide perioperative patient education
- Maintain infection control standards and comply with departmental policies
- Follow national standards (IAHCSMM, AORN, ASGE, ASPAN)
- Collaborate with the surgical services team and support clinical staff
