- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule with no call
- 16 - 20 patients per day
- Skilled nursing facility setting
- Adults only patient population
- Regulatory visits every 30 days with MD alternating every 60 days
- 3 month minimum assignment with strong extension potential
- Hospital privileges required
- We provide complimentary housing and travel
