Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Nephrology (Outpatient + Dialysis Rounding)

• Deliver high-quality outpatient nephrology care ( 90% outpatient, 10% hospital-based)

• Perform dialysis rounding at local centers

• Provide patient education and ongoing care management for a largely elderly population

• Collaborate closely with nephrologists and support staff

• Minimal hospital duties with no overnight shifts

• Flexible work hours, including 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM for better work-life balance

• Choose from 4-day or 4.5-day workweeks

• Salary adjusted to match your preferred schedule

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP)

• Experience in nephrology, internal medicine, or dialysis preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
