💵 What You’ll Earn
- Starting pay is $27.00 to $30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
- $1,000 hiring bonus on your first paycheck
- $5,000 worth of stay-on bonus in your first year of employment (Paid out over the course of a year)
- Regular wage increases based on performance and experience
🗓 Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (5x8 schedule)
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
- Home daily – no long hauls or overnights
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a garbage truck on local routes
- Collect waste and recyclables from homes and businesses
- Follow route sheets and work independently with minimal supervision
- Perform daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance
- Deliver outstanding, courteous customer service every day
🔧 What You’ll Need
- A valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement (minimum)
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience
- A clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
