• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, 40 hour work week
• 20-25 patients per day with 20 minute appointments
• Clinic setting
• 2 years NP experience and 1.5-2 years family practice required
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• High volume practice with complex comorbid patients
• Typical family medicine including chronic disease management
• Experience with underserved populations preferred
