Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Location: Mt. Carroll, IL
About the Position:
Hospital group is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our busy outpatient clinic located in Mt. Carroll, Illinois.
APP experience preferred
Clinic-based role in a rural, community-focused setting
Busy practice environment with an established patient panel
Schedule: 4.5 days per week
Current team: 1 experienced APP on staff
Call: Some after-hours phone-only call required (minimal volume)
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Competitive base range of $120,000 $180,000, plus production-based bonus potential
