- Schedule:
- 24-hour call coverage (7 AM 7 AM)
- On average, 8 hours onsite daily, with the remainder on call
- Daily Patient Volume: Approximately 8 patients
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Licensing: Active DEA and unrestricted medical license
- Support: No mid-level staff support
Responsibilities- Provide 24/7 call coverage for a Level 2 trauma center.
- Handle ED consults, transfers, and inpatient consults.
- Assume care for patients from previous shifts and manage new admissions.
- Perform standard Urology procedures in line with emergency department requirements.
