Work Dates Needed: Fb 1- ongoing for 6 months
Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm -flexible with hours but needs 8 hours a day
Worksite Setting: Behavioral Health Outpatient intake for detox intake or BH detox or residential program
Scope of Work: Seeking an addiction provider who can see patients in a behavioral health setting so either intake, which is evaluating patients for clearance for medically assisted detox, or in our residential programs. Up to 12 patients a day
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
- Daily - 6 hours of clinical billed time, 2 hours of administrative time
- Graduation from an accredited medical school.
- Possession of a valid California license as a physician.
- Possession of national Board Certification or Board Eligible in Addiction Medicine or equivalent experience
- Possession of BCLS/CPR certification.
- Possession of DEA Controlled Substances Registration Certificate.
- Covid shot with boosters (could wave with health later)
