Qualifications

• CurrentRNlicensureasrequiredbystate regulations.
• BLScertificationwithACLScertificationtobeobtainedwithinoneyearofstarting position.
• CRRNcertificationtobeobtainedwithinayearofmeetingtheeligibility requirements.
• Bachelor'sDegreeinNursingorrelatedfield preferred.
• 5 years nursing experience with 2 years recently in an inpatient hospital
• Previousleadershiprole,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
