As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our team.
Position Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physician specializing in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to provide comprehensive primary care services to our patients. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our healthcare team, delivering exceptional care while fostering a positive and supportive patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough medical assessments, order diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.
- Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote wellness and empower patients to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects to enhance patient outcomes and advance medical knowledge.
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Valid Texas medical license or willingness to obtain.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in primary care services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
