Permanent primary care role with visa sponsorship and full benefits. Primary Care Physician (Internal or Family Medicine) — permanent, full-time near Crown Point, IN. Mix of outpatient (3 days/week, 9a–5p) and inpatient (2 days/week) rounding; sees 15–20 patients/day. No call. Some pediatric experience; NPs on staff. - Board certified or board eligible (BC preferred) - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine MD/DO - Some pediatric experience preferred - Ability to perform minor procedures (injections, suturing) - Eligible for US work visa or sponsorship required
