About the Position:

• Requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on primary care clinical experience.

• Provides care to patients aged 18 to 100+.

• Conducts physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a diverse patient population.

• Prescribes medications, pharmaceuticals, and treatment plans based on patient needs.

• Refers patients to specialists and other healthcare services as appropriate.

• Adheres to established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.

• Maintains a professional rapport with both staff and patients.

• Performs additional tasks as needed to support clinic goals, as directed by the Medical Director.

• Participates in care team responsibilities following Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) procedures.

• Additional duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000 signing bonus available for select candidates (terms apply).

• Competitive salary range: $135,000 $160,000 per year.
