You will deliver high-quality, senior-focused primary care within a supportive, modern clinic environment. Care is relationship-centered, preventive, and thoughtfully paced to ensure every patient receives the attention and advocacy they deserve.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only schedule with an amazing work/life balance
- Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, closed from 12 - 1 pm for lunch
- Small patient panels with approximately 10 - 15 patients per day
- Extended, unrushed visits focusing on preventive and chronic care
- Senior population aged 65 and older, Medicare and Medicare Advantage-focused
- Value-based model prioritizing outcomes rather than volume
- Opportunity to significantly impact health outcomes through a purpose-driven model

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active Florida license or willingness to obtain
- Interest or experience in senior-focused care and value-based medicine, preferred
- Strong communicator with excellent documentation habits
- Comfortable managing a 65+ patient panel
- Open to new grad applicants but those at least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred
