What We Offer:

• Salary: $236K $241K + retention bonus + annual raises

• Up to $100K loan repayment

Schedule & Hours of Operation:

• Monday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

• Saturday (1st & 3rd): 8:00 AM 12:00 PM (optional)

️ Requirements:

• MD or DO, completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine

• Licensed/eligible in Indiana & Board Certified/Eligible

• DEA license or ability to obtain
