Day and Night shifts available in Mathis, TX.
Current Available Schedules:
- Nights: Tuesday-Sunday 7pm-7am (rotating w/another nurse could possibly do 12am-7am)
- Nights: 7pm-7am
- Days: Saturday/Sunday 7am-7pm or 9am-5pm
- Days: Monday-Friday 7a-5p (nurse will be attending school with patient)
Pay Rate Range: $22-$27 an hour (night and weekend differential available)

Responsibilities forLicensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)
- Medication administration per physician orders
- Physician ordered treatments for:
- Nutrition via a feeding tube
- Tracheostomy care
- Suctioningnasal, oral and/or endotracheal
- Ventilation care
- Seizure assessment and treatment
Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LVNs)
- Current, active Texas LVN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- Must be available to work nights and weekends

*Bonus for eligible cases only. The eligible employee will receive $500 for every 250 billable hours worked up to $2,500. Eligible employees must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submission of the initial application. Valid for first-time employees only and on completion of all required documents. Parents and/or Guardians of a Care Options for Kids clients or a potential Care Options for Kids clients are not eligible to receive a bonus.
