Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate live and virtual surgeon education events, ensuring seamless logistics from registration to travel, lodging, meals, and technology.
• Support marketing efforts by producing and editing course materials and managing event communications.
• Maintain accurate event and customer data using CRM tools such as Salesforce and SAP.
• Assist in administrative functions, budgeting, and reporting to support overall education and marketing initiatives.
• Participate in on-site and off-site programs as needed, with minor travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event planning or coordination (minimum four years).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or SAP preferred.
• Comfortable working in medical or surgical education environments.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
