Paid malpractice plus pre-paid travel & housing for locum radiologist. Locum Radiologist, evening shift (3pm–11pm) Mon–Fri, hospital-based in Arizona; minimum 12 shifts/month, ~60–80 RVUs/shift; locum assignment with online portal time entry. - Board certification required - ACLS certification required - Experience reading CT, US, X‑ray (mixed modalities) - Eligible to practice in Arizona (state license) - Ability to work evening shifts and meet RVU expectations
