Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced ICU RN to join our team for the night shift. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a critical care setting. You will be responsible for managing multiple patients with complex medical needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and manage IV therapies effectively.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care outcomes.
- Assist with the management of ventilated patients and life support systems.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required.
- Active RN license in Maryland or Compact State.
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
- TNCC certification preferred.
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
