Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Long Term Care night shift position requiring an active MA RN license and AHA BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Work in a long term care unit within a healthcare facility
- Night/evening schedule includes two 12-hour and two 8-hour shifts per week for a total of 40 hours
- 13-week assignment
- EMR system used is Epic
- Shared housing available for travelers, with no guests or pets allowed
- Must have own transportation
- Nursing responsibilities include providing care for long term care patients in a team environment
- RTO must be noted prior to assignment consideration
- Holiday and weekend coverage may be expected per unit needs
- Parking may incur costs at some locations
- Shared housing is provided with restrictions on guests and pets
Requirements
- Active and non-conditional MA RN license required at time of consideration; no pending licenses accepted
- BLS certification from AHA required
- COVID-19 and flu vaccines required with no medical or religious exemptions allowed
