Family Medicine / Obstetrics (FM/OB) Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics experience to join a community-based practice in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. This opportunity allows the physician to provide comprehensive family medicine care while incorporating obstetrical services in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
The FM/OB Physician will deliver full-scope family medicine, including prenatal care, obstetric deliveries, and ongoing primary care for patients across the lifespan.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient family medicine care to patients of all ages
- Manage prenatal care and perform obstetric deliveries
- Provide postpartum and newborn care
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Collaborate with OB/GYNs, midwives, nursing staff, and specialists
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Requirements Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of obstetrics training or fellowship preferred
