Endocrinology opening in IndianaGoshen, INFull timeWe are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a dynamic and collaborative full-time practice focused on delivering high-quality care for patients with diabetes and endocrine disorders. About the Practice: Join a supportive team including one physician, two advanced practice providers (APPs), and two certified diabetes educators. APPs manage a broad range of diabetes and endocrine conditions, helping support clinic volumes and improve access. Diabetes educators provide individualized diabetes education, nutrition counseling, and training in advanced diabetes technology, including insulin pump onboarding and troubleshooting. Collaborative, team-based model with close integration with Gastroenterology, forming part of the broader Digestive Health service line. Strong emphasis on coordinated care, patient education, and chronic disease management.
