Job details:

• BC Otolaryngology
• Provide administrative leadership and direction for the program
• Supervise and precept residents in clinical settings
• Direct patient care
• Provide supervision and oversight for Residency support staff
• Recruit residents
• Develop, maintain and revise curriculum
• Provide development and improvement plans for Residents including coaching, remediation and disciplinary actions as needed
• Oversee and teach didactics curriculum to residents
• Ensure the Annual Program Evaluation with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education WebAds are updated
• Requires a minimum of 1-3 years as an APD/Core Faculty experience tracing in an approved AoA or ACGME Otolaryngology Surgery Residency program
• Experience with publications and grant writing skills preferred but not required
