Permanent anesthesiology role with flexible CRNA shift lengths and defined MD call schedule. Join a Connecticut anesthesiology practice near Stafford Springs. Role: Anesthesiologist and CRNA. Schedule: Weekday CRNA shifts (8,10,12,16 hrs, 7:00–23:30), weekend CRNA 24-hr 2nd/3rd call, weekday MD shifts with 1st & backup call. Position: Permanent. - Board Certified or Board Eligible (MD/DO) - Active Connecticut medical license - Experience in anesthesia practice (clinical years preferred) - For CRNA: valid CRNA credentialing - Ability to cover specified shifts/call
