• 8 Full Time Hospitalist team including 2 nurse practitioners
• Full time with Sound Physicians is 15 shifts per month/180 shifts per year
• 7 on/7 off block schedule for continuity of care
• Hospitalist team rotates through fair share of day and night shifts. 2 physicians on during the day, 7:00am-7:00pm with 2 advanced practitioners and 1 physician on at night 7:00pm-7:00am
• Open ICU no procedures required but physicians should be comfortable with basic vent management
