The Infant Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants to support their early developmental milestones and learning. The role involves building trusting relationships with families, collaborating with team members, and complying with licensing standards. Candidates must have relevant early childhood education experience, certifications, and a passion for working with infants.
Merryhill Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Teacher to join our team. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.
As an Infant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and have an awarded high school diploma.
- PDIS Level 2 or higher.
- Completed Colorado Shines EQIT Course.
- 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
- A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
- Authorization to work in the United States
